About the Race: With the Manitou Day Parade starting right after the race, the crowds will be starting to fill the race course. The 5K race will begin at West Park , 11th and Lake Ave, and be run on parts of the parade route with the speculators there to cheer you on.
The course will finish in front of the Parade Judging Area in downtown White Bear Lake. The event will be held rain or shine. Please call Vacation Sports at (612)653-7401 if you have any further questions.
Stay for the parade - The annual Manitou Days Parade is at 6:30 and is always a great family treat. For a listing of all Manitou Day events, Call the White Bear Area Chamber at (651)429-8593
Registration: The preregistration fee is $20 before June 18, 2009
Race day registration fee is $30.

Race day registration will be held at West Park from 4:15 - 5:10 pm
Schedule: The race will begin prompt at 5:15 pm.
Age Groups: Men and Women: 15-Under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-Over.
Awards: To top three runners in each age group.
Race Memento: T-shirts.
Directions: The race is run in the area between the White Bear Lake Downtown area and Ramsey County Beach. The best place to park is at Ramsey County Beach. West Park/the starting line is just south of the park(watch for signs). The finish area is a short walk(8 blocks) from West Park.
